New Automated Telephone Appointment Booking System

Following feedback from patients regarding some of the difficulties experienced when booking appointments we are pleased to announce that from 1st July 2010 you will now be able to;

• book
• check or
• cancel appointments

any time day or night (subject to available appointments) by using our new Automated Appointment System.

From this date to use the new telephone booking system you need to;

• select option 1 when calling the surgery
• enter your date of birth as e.g. 01.05.10
• enter your telephone number
