Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 8.40am to 5.50pm.

How to Make an Appointment

Appointments can be made either:

• by telephone on the appointment line 01992 444456 between the hours of 8.00am to 1.00pm or 2.00pm to 6.00pm,
• or by calling in person during reception hours from
  8.00am to 6.30pm, or
• by registering to book and cancel appointments using the automated phone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (application form to register for this service), or  
• by using our online booking of appointments service

About Appointments

We try to make the availability of appointments as flexible as possible by offering some that can be booked up to two weeks in advance and others that are booked on the day.

Please book an appointment for each person that needs to  be seen.

Please be punctual for your appointment and we will try not keep you waiting.

There may be occasions when your doctor has been delayed by an emergency. If this happens, we will try to keep you  informed of any delay and would appreciate your patience.

The switchboard is particularly busy from 8.00am to 10.00am each day and we would be grateful if you could delay ringing for reasons other than an appointment between this time as this helps those patients who need to book appointments.
